١. مقدمة وفلسفتنا

«وَأَنْصِتُوا» يعمل على جهازك أولاً. لا تحتاج حساباً لاستخدام المواقيت والأذان والمصحف والقبلة وصمت المسجد. لا نتعقّبك، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نرفع موقعك في الخلفية أبداً.

٢. ما يبقى على جهازك

تبقى محليّة على جهازك ولا تغادره: تفضيلات الصلاة، موضع الورد، السلسلة، سجل الكتم داخل المساجد، قراءات حسّاسات الاتجاه (للبوصلة)، وبثّ الكاميرا في القبلة المعزّزة (عرض حيّ فقط — لا يُلتقط ولا يُحفظ ولا يُرفع)، ومقطع الميكروفون إن استخدمت رفيق أنصت (تعرّف الكلام على الجهاز — لا يُحفظ ولا يُرفع).

٣. الموقع

يُحسب على جهازك لتقدير المواقيت واتجاه القبلة. يغادر الجهازَ في حالات صريحة ومحدودة فقط:

• اسم منطقتك (تقريبي): لعرض اسم مكانك يُرسَل موقعٌ مقرَّب إلى نحو كيلومتر إلى خدمة الخرائط (Google Geocoding ثم OpenStreetMap/Nominatim). لا يكشف مكانك الدقيق.
• مساجد قريبة خارج الحِزم: عند السفر خارج المناطق المثبّتة، يُرسَل نطاقٌ تقريبيٌّ مماثل إلى OpenStreetMap/Overpass لجلب المساجد القريبة.
• مسار المسجد: حين تضغط أنت «مسار المسجد» فقط، تُرسَل جلسة الملاحة موقعك الدقيق باستمرار إلى خرائط جوجل (Navigation SDK) لتوجيهك حتى الوصول أو إنهاء المسار — بعدها ينقطع الإرسال. وقد يُرسَل موقعك كنقطة انطلاق إلى Directions / Distance Matrix / Places لحساب الوقت في قائمة المساجد. هذه هي الحالة الوحيدة التي يغادر فيها موقعُك الدقيق جهازَك، وبطلبك أنت. لا نخزّن نحن مسار الرحلة.

لا تتبّع خلفي: لا نرفع موقعك في الخلفية ولا نبني سجلّ تحرّكاتك.

٤. مساهمة مسجد

إن سجّلت مسجداً أو أبلغت عن مسجد ناقص، يُرسَل — عند فعلٍ صريح منك فقط — اسم المسجد وإحداثياته وبصمةٌ مجهولة تتبدّل شهرياً (غير مشتقّة من أي معرّف حقيقي). لا تُرسَل هويتك ولا رقمك ولا موقعك أنت. تُستخدم لاعتماد المساجد جماعياً وتحسين الإقامة، ولا يمكن ربطها بك.

٥. التلاوة والتفسير وبثّ الحرم

نصّ المصحف مخزَّن على جهازك. أمّا تشغيل التلاوة الصوتية أو فتح التفسير فيطلب الآية من خدمة قرآنية عبر الإنترنت (Islamic Network للتلاوة، Quran.com للتفسير)، فيلزمه اتصال، ويحمل — كأي طلب ويب — عنوانَ IP الخاص بك والآيةَ التي فتحتها. لا حساب ولا تخزين لدينا.

وعند مطابقة «القبلة الحيّة» يُعرَض بثّ مكة المباشر عبر مشغّل يوتيوب المضمّن — تشغيله يحتاج اتصالاً ويحمل، كأي طلب ويب، عنوانَ IP إلى يوتيوب (Google). بلا إنترنت يظهر مشهدٌ مرسوم وتلاوة مخزَّنة على جهازك بلا أي طلب شبكة.

٥-ب. الرفيق الروحي والذكاء الاختياري

إن ضغطت زر الحديث يُستمع على جهازك لفهم السؤال. المقطع الصوتي لا يُحفظ ولا يُرفع. إن لم يُفهم سؤالك محلياً وقد زُوِّدت نسختك بمفاتيح الذكاء، تُرسل الجملة فقط — بلا موقع وبلا صوت — لتصنيف النية إلى أداة داخل التطبيق أو لصياغة الرد بأسلوب أدفأ. لا توليد قرآن ولا فتوى. بلا مفاتيح يبقى كل شيء على الجهاز.

ولنطق ردود الرفيق بصوت طبيعي يُرسَل نص رد الرفيق فقط (لا صوتك ولا مقطعك ولا موقعك) عبر خادمنا الآمن إلى مزوّد توليد الصوت (OpenAI) دون تخزين لدينا، ويُخزَّن الصوت الناتج على جهازك لتسريع التكرار. بلا إنترنت ينطق محرّك جهازك مباشرة.

٦. ما لا نفعله

• لا إعلانات.
• لا تحليلات سلوكية لطرف ثالث.
• لا خدمة تشخيص أعطال مُفعّلة في هذه المرحلة.
• لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نتاجر بها.

٩. حقوقك

يمكنك تصدير تفضيلاتك من «المزيد ← نسخة احتياطية»، وحذف بياناتك بمسح بيانات التطبيق أو إلغاء تثبيته. مساهمات المساجد على الخادم مجهولة (بصمة عشوائية دوّارة لا هوية) فلا يمكن ربطها بك لحذفها انتقائياً. التطبيق مجاني بالكامل. لأي طلب: info@wansitu.app.

1. Introduction & Our Philosophy

Wa-Ansitu works on your device first. You do not need an account to use prayer times, the adhan, the Mushaf, the qibla, or mosque silence. We do not track you, do not sell your data, and never upload your location in the background.

2. What Stays on Your Device

The following remain local and never leave your device: prayer preferences, wird position, streaks, the in-mosque mute log, motion-sensor readings (for the compass), the camera feed in augmented-reality qibla (live display only — nothing is captured, stored, or uploaded), and microphone audio if you use the Ansit companion (on-device speech recognition — not stored or uploaded).

3. Location

Computed on your device to estimate prayer times and the qibla direction. It leaves the device only in limited, explicit cases:

• Your area name (approximate): to show your place name, an approximate location (rounded to about one kilometer) is sent to the maps service (Google Geocoding, then OpenStreetMap/Nominatim). It does not reveal your precise location.
• Nearby mosques outside packs: when travelling outside installed regions, a similar approximate area is sent to OpenStreetMap/Overpass to fetch nearby mosques.
• Navigating to a mosque: only when you tap “Go”, your precise location is sent to the maps provider (Google Directions / Distance Matrix / Places) to draw the route and compute the ETA. This is the only case where your precise location leaves your device, and only at your request.

No background tracking: we never upload your location in the background or track your movement.

4. Contributing a Mosque

If you register a mosque or report a missing one, then — only on an explicit action by you — the mosque’s name and coordinates and an anonymous fingerprint that rotates monthly (not derived from any real identifier) are sent. Your identity, phone number, and your own location are not sent. This is used for community mosque confirmation and improving iqama, and cannot be linked back to you.

5. Recitation & Tafsir

The Mushaf text is stored on your device. Playing audio recitation or opening tafsir, however, requests the verse from a Quran service over the internet (Islamic Network for audio, Quran.com for tafsir); this requires a connection and carries — like any web request — your IP address and the verse you opened. No account, and we store nothing.

5b. Voice companion and optional AI

If you tap the talk button, speech is recognized on your device. The audio clip is not stored or uploaded. If your question is not understood locally and your build includes AI keys, the sentence only — no location, no audio — may be sent to classify intent into an in-app tool. No generated Quran or fatwa. Without keys, everything stays on the device.

6. What We Do Not Do

• No ads.
• No third-party behavioral analytics.
• No crash-diagnostics service active at this stage.
• We do not sell or trade your data.

Everything that leaves the device is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).

9. Your Rights

You can export your preferences from “More → Backup”, and delete your data by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it. Server mosque contributions are anonymous (a rotating random fingerprint, not an identity) and cannot be linked to you for selective deletion. The app is entirely free. The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
