١. قبولك للشروط

باستخدامك تطبيق «وَأَنْصِتُوا» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق، فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.

٢. الخدمة

«وَأَنْصِتُوا» تطبيق **مجاني بالكامل** يعينك على العبادة: مواقيت الصلاة، الأذان، المصحف، القبلة، وتذكير صمت المسجد. يعمل أولاً على جهازك ولا يتطلّب حساباً.

٣. الاستخدام المقبول

للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري.
لا تُسِئ استخدام التطبيق، ولا تحاول تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرّح به لأنظمته.
احترم حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمحتوى والخطوط والأصول.

٤. المحتوى الشرعي

النص القرآني والأذكار والتفسير من مصادر معتمدة مع تخريجها. التطبيق **لا يُصدر فتوى ولا حكماً**، والمواقيت **تقديرية استرشادية**؛ عند الاختلاف أو الاشتباه راجع أهل العلم والتقويم المحلّي المعتمد.

٥. إخلاء الضمان

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات. نبذل وسعنا في الدقّة، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو دقّة المواقيت في كل مكان وزمان — والمسؤولية النهائية في التحقّق تقع عليك.

٦. حدود المسؤولية

لا نتحمّل أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدام التطبيق، إلى الحدّ الذي يسمح به القانون.

٧. الخصوصية

يحكم جمعَ البيانات واستخدامَها إشعارُ سياسة الخصوصية، وهو جزء من هذه الشروط.

٨. تغييرات الشروط

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، وننشر التاريخ المحدَّث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني قبولك.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Wa-Ansitu app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The Service

Wa-Ansitu is a **completely free** app that helps you with worship: prayer times, the adhan, the Mushaf, the qibla, and mosque-silence reminders. It works on your device first and requires no account.

3. Acceptable Use

For personal, non-commercial use.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or gain unauthorized access to its systems.
Respect the intellectual-property rights of the content, fonts, and assets.

4. Religious Content

The Quran text, adhkar, and tafsir come from approved sources with attribution. The app **does not issue religious rulings (fatwa)**, and prayer times are **estimates for guidance**; in case of doubt or discrepancy, consult qualified scholars and your approved local calendar.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or that prayer times are exact in every place and time — the final responsibility to verify rests with you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. Privacy

The collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the updated date will be posted at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
